Is it worth it?

The yearly price is a handful of Copilot seats.

If UsagePoint helps you avoid buying a few seats, or cut a few at renewal, it has paid for itself. Your own price will differ, so the free snapshot uses yours.

Seat cost uses a reported UK price for Microsoft 365 Copilot of about £23.10 per user a month on an annual term, about £277 a year (reseller price tracker, 2026). Microsoft's UK price page is the source to check against your own contract.

Costs on your side

Two Microsoft licences you may need, stated up front.

UsagePoint itself needs nothing extra to show your numbers. These matter only for the parts named below.

Power Automate premium for the reclaim flow

The flow that removes or reassigns licences uses a premium connector, so its owner needs a premium licence.

Entra ID P1 or P2 for last sign-in

Optional. Last sign-in dates come from Microsoft Entra and need a P1 or P2 licence. Everything else works without it.

The suite

GovernPoint, ExposurePoint and UsagePoint together, around 25% off.

Ready, Safe, and Used and worth it. Each app is also sold on its own, and the shared signals light up when you have more than one.

Pricing questions

Good to know before you buy.

What counts as a Copilot seat?

A Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Business licence in your tenant. The band follows how many Copilot licences you have, not how many people use them.

Are these the final prices?

They are our planned prices for Release 1 in mid January 2027. We confirm your price in writing before you buy, and early access does not commit you to anything.

How do we pay?

We send a quote and an invoice. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.

Is the free snapshot really free?

Yes, for any number of seats. It shows your idle-seat cost in pounds at your price, your top 5 idle seats, an agent summary and a one-page PDF. It needs no flows and no Power Automate licence.

Do you charge per user?

No. One price per tenant per year, whoever opens it.

Go into your next renewal knowing which seats are used.
